D S Maliya is calling from Dharmajaigarh block of Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh to say that their area is affected badly by man-elephant conflict. Forest department has put some wire fencing with the help of solar power but recently he has noticed that some villagers are stealing these wires. Some stealing has been done by thieves and Forest dept has agreed to work for its safety but he requests villagers to understand the importance of these wires and protect them. Maliya@9406080216

Pradeep is visiting Bagh town in Dhar district in MP where he finds that entire dirt of Bagh town is flowing to the Baghini river which flows from nearby. Population of Bagh is aound 15,000. Around 40 adivasi villages depend on Baghini river for their survival and many are falling sick due to use of dirty water by Bagh town. He says Govt is giving in writing that there are no elephants in this area and industries are coming one after another. It is an adivasi village and people are facing huge problem of water.All the hand pumps in the village are non functional. Water level has gone very low.
