Bundelkhand Vikas cycle Yatra has reached Pargana village in Chirgam block of Jhansi district in UP where dalit and adivasi people tell him that first they need is land for farming and making house. They need Red ration cards for Below Poverty line people. They have a hand pump but no toilets. My name is Ishwar Soren. I am calling from village Chhota Simra in Godda district in Jharkhand. In my area Lalmatia open cast mine is operational of Eastern Coal field ltd under their Rajmahal project. According to RTI reply the lease of land got expired in 2003 and new application was not proper. The villagers were given compensation for 15 years which expired long back.
