In case of mild fever licking 2 gms Piper (Piper longum), 3 gms Trifala powder with Honey can be helpful to get rid of fever. Taking 2 spoonful Honey in cold water with 1 spoon Trifala powder is effective way of reducing weight. Licking 1 spoon Trifala powder, 1 spoonful pure ghee with 3 spoon Honey early morning is useful for improving eye sight. Soak 20 gms Trifala powder in quarter liter water overnight. In the morning after filtration washing of eyes is also effective way of growing eye sight. In case of constipation taking 5 gms Trifala powder with lukewarm water or milk can be useful. Mastram is telling us that a 65 year old farmer Premchand Rajput has committed suicide in a village in Ata police station in Tikamgarh district in Madhya Pradesh today. He says in Bundelkhand region farmers are forced to commit suicide because they are burdened with loans and crops are failing repeatedly.
