Brijesh Singh is visiting Shukulgwan village of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where 40 dalit, 25 adivasi and 100 OBC families live. 18 of them worked in NREGA in 2013 but waiting for wages. They are not getting pensions from 8 months. Many have not got token for cheap grain.Toilets not completed although 25 lakhs have been spent.
