Drinking warm milk after adding 1-2 gram ginger powder or taking 2-10 ml basil leaves juice & 2-10 ml ginger juice with one spoon honey is useful. Eating 5-10 gms old jaggery with 2-10 gms ginger is useful. Taking lukewarm water or taking half cup warm milk after mixing 2 gms black pepper & 1-5 gms turmeric is useful. Mosam Kannarao is calling from Virapuram village of Chintur Mandal, Khammam disrict in Andhra Pradesh. He says on 4-July-2014 he reported on Swara about the only broken hand pump in their village.
