Dhan Singh Parte is calling from Naygava Raiyat village of Nandram Panchayat, Mawai block, Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh and says they fetch water from 2 kms down hill. They had reported about it on Swara and after that solar panel and pipeline was laid but water supply has not started yet.
