Mukesh Taram is calling from Jailvara village of Jogisoda panchayat, Bichhiya tehsil, Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh to say that he had reported on Swara regarding 4 broken hand pumps on 27 November. 280 Adivasi families live in the 6 mohallas of the village and had water scarcity.
