Para teacher demands equal payment for equal work
Bhan Sahu from Rajnandgaon in Chhattisgarh has done an interview with a Para teacher who does equal work from last 14 years as any other teacher in a school but gets one fourth of the salary in comparison to a regular teacher. He says people should be paid equally for equal work. As we know Governments have lately started the systems of low wage para teachers, contract teachers etc in almost all the states

Women should get together to close down liquor shops
Bhan Sahu from Rajnandgaon in Chhattisgarh is telling the story of how women there got together to remove a liquor shop which was creating problem for them. Still there are liquor shops which create problem for women and they are fighting to get them removed. She says wife of all the drunkard husbands are very worried and all the liquor shops should be removed. Women from all the areas should get together and fight for removal of liquor shops which are detrimental for development of family and the state

Anganbadi centers should have buildings
Bhan Sahu from Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh reports that not only in villages but in towns like Ambagarh Chowki Anganwadi centers do not have any building though the centers are running for more than a decade. Dalit woman sarpanch leaves village in fear of Panchayat secretary
Bhan Sahu says we have started Panchayati Raj institutions for empowerment of poor but have not trained people. And in result the government appointed employees, the secretaries are making fools of elected Sarpanchs. Many sarpanchs are facing enquiries when the real culprits are the secretaries. Thanks to reservation for women and backward sections many have come forward. As an example she tells the story of a dalit woman sarpanch of Hachid village in Gormi panchayat in Chhattisgarh who is forced to leave the village in the fear of secretary and police also does not help.
