Viraboina Chandu is calling from AG Koderu village Chintur Mandal, East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh and saying that village is facing water problem since their pump was broken 6 months back. The pump to an overhead tank is damaged due to high voltage and needs to be repaired. The water from hand pump is insufficient and the nearby Sabari river water gets dirty in rainy season, posing a health risk. Naresh Bunkar is calling from Telaidabra village of Chhaparwa Panchayat, Lormi block, Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh, saying that in this Baiga Adivasi village, four hand pumps were broken. The villagers recorded a message on CGNet Swara in September and thereafter the PHE department responded and repaired all the hand pumps within two weeks.
