Manbhalmi is visiting Chera village in Ramchandrapur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Nagendra who says they have electricity in their village but only 15 influential families have it and remaining 2600 people are forced to live in dark from more than 10 years and children are suffering as they can’t study in night.
