Pramila Kerketta visited village Lakud of Rajpur block, Balrampur district, Chhattisgarh where villagers told her that many of them had worked in Govt building construction in 2010-11 but are still waiting for their wages. They’ve been appealing for Forest Rights but did not receive any response from the officers. They have also not got a receipt against their application.
