41 Adivasi families live in ward no 7 in Khajurpara village under Sardapur panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and we have only one handpump which is not throwing very little water.We walk 2 kms to get water from a stream. Ramashankar Prajapati is talking to Arjun Kol from Dhurkuch village under Kota panchayat in Jawa tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh who tells him that their hand pump was broken from long in ward no 15 and officers were not listening. Then a message was recorded by Lalau Adivasi on Swara on 14th Aug 2015 and after that now hand pump has got repaired and villagers are getting water. We have only one hand pump for 35 people of 9 families in our part of village in Jhalariya village and panchayat of Balrampur block and district in Chhattisgarh. If that is broken then we need to go a kilometer to get water because there is no other source of water here.
