Ramprasad Nishad is suggesting traditional remedy for stomach problems. Take 100 gms Triphala (Mixture of Amla, Harra, Baheda in equal ratio), dry Ginger 2 gms, Carom seeds 50 gms, Piper (Piper longum) 10 gms & Sanay (Senna) and make fine powder & add Jaggery in equal ratio & mix them together. Mastram from Tila village in Niwadi block of Tikamgarh district in Madhya Pradesh is talking to some farmers who say their crop was damaged by recent hailstorm but till now Govt has not helped them.
