Mohan Yadav is visiting Garjan Bija village in Pushparajgarh tahsil of Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh where he meets a adivasi farmer Chhagru Baiga who tells him that Bewar ( shifting) farming where they mix 6-7 seeds together is more suitable to them. They have not got rights under forest rights act and Govt wants them to move but they dont want to go anywhere else and continue with traditional way of farming which they learnt from their ancestors. Mohan Yadav is visiting Mandla district in MP where he meets Suganti Baigin from Balaghat district who tells him that 9 of them applied for Forest Rights act but only 3 got it and rest are very sad. She says people from Kanha National Park are harassing them to leave their village. She says what will Rs 10 lakh do for us. Our lives and future is dependent on land.
