Chandeshwar Kushwaha from Debiganj village in Thana Ramanujganj district Balrampur Chhattisgarh had reported that NREGA work in his village was getting done by machine at night and they were beaten up when they tried to apply for RTI. CEO visited village after report but instead of inspecting site he abused Kushwaha in English. Kushwaha alleges corruption of more than Rs 12 lakhs and requests for investigation by higher officers.
