Nandlal Yadav is calling from Sevra village in Gram Panchayat Guri in Vishrampur block of Palamu district in Jharkhand and says a hand pump was dug in their village 9 months ago but the head of the pump has not been fitted yet. Villagers had also collected Rs 3000 for the hand pump. When they talk to higher officers they say they have instructed village but he says otherwise. He had alleged a corruption of Rs 12 lakhs. CEO visited the village and threatened him. He got scared but reported again after few days.
