After starting on 2nd October in Kanyakumari Jan Satyagraha samvad Yatra of Ekta Parishad has reached Chambal area in Madhya Pradesh after covering half of the country. Bhan Sahu ji taveling with the yatra is talking to Rajkumari Chouhan an activist who tells her that the forest department is harassing the adivasis in the area and they are not getting any work in NREGA. Bhan Sahu is talking to journalist Pradeep Khatik in Hata area of Bundelkhand area in Madhya Pradesh who tells her that in this adivasi area the situation of health, education and other resources are going from bad to worse. Children are malnourished and none of the schools open for more than few hours. Women are forced to deliver at home as hospitals are in bad shape. He says forest people are throwing people out of forest though there is no forest in those areas. Some people have got land deeds from the CM but forest people are not allowing them to work. She says when they raised the issue of forest rights 8 of them were put in jail by naming them Naxals, 32 adivasis were beaten up.
