Kunja Ramaraju is calling from Janganamatta village, Chintur mandal, Khammam district in Andhra Pradesh and says water tank in their village is under repair from 3 years which was newly built then. Since then villagers are drinking dirty water from the canal which is causing diseases. It was appealed to RWS DE but that received no response. Ramsammat Prajapati is visiting village Khairha Nashtagawan panchayat post Magri thana Panwar in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that 2 weeks back they had reported about broken hand pump in their village from 2 months. Officials were not listening after repeated requests but a week after Swara report they visited and have repaired the handpump and villagers are very happy and thanking all who called officers.
