For Spleen pain & inflammation: Boil 50 gram Dub grass or coach grass after adding 10 gms Kalmi shora (available in market) in 1 liter water until half water remains then filter this combination and reboil in the same pot until all water evaporates. Scrap all residue from the bottom of the pot & store in bottle. Giving this medicine in ¼ gms quantity after adding 60 ml Sounf (Fennel) extract is useful.
