All the coal companies and electricity producers who came here over the years have worked only for their own benefit and have destroyed the lives of local farmers and adivasis like me says a farmer in 5th Coal Satyagraha in Raigarh Chhattisgarh to Rajendra Gupta. Rajendra Gupta is reporting live from Coal Satyagraha in Gare village in Tamnar block of Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh. He says this is 5th Coal Satyagraha and he helps us listen to the main demands o the meeting which says Govt is saying more than 100,000 ton of coal is lying after being excavated and there is no buyer for electricity also so why is Govt not bringing a moratorium on coal mining and continue to destroy forest and people’s lives.
