Our village of 50 houses is on top of hill and we dont have road, anganwadi, hand pump, electricity or school. It is very difficult to take our sick to hospital. Mastram from Tikamgarh district in Bundelkhand says though Govt has spent lakhs of rupees for AIDS awareness, the number of HIV +ve patients in last last five years have grown 5 folds.
