Rajkumar is calling from Kohuna village, Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand and says they have 6 ration dealers in their village for Public Distribution System and all of them are selling most of sugar in black market and people get nothing. They also give less grain and sell that in black market. This was complained to officers many times but they don’t take any action.
