Govind Pandro has reached Patelpara in Shivpuri village and panchayat in Chiniya of Ramchandrapur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Shravan Singh who tells him that only in their ward and many handpumps are broken in their village so they need to go far to get water.
