Kishor Mohanty is calling from Lathikata village, Dist Sundergarh, Odisha to tell that a hand pump was damaged in their village from more than a month. They had complained but no one responded. Then we have recorded a message in CGnet Swara on 3rd Nov regarding this and after 4 days the Junior Engineer came and repaired the hand-pump(tube well).
