Supreme Court accepts bail applications of Lingaram Kodopi and Soni Sori
Himanshu Kumar from Delhi is telling us that Supreme Court has accepted the bail application of Adivasi Journalist Lingaram Kodopi and his aunt Soni Sori. Senior lawyers Prashant Bhushan will argue the case of Linga Kodopi and Colin Gonsalves of Soni Sori. The dare of hearing is yet to be announced. He alleges that Linga Kodop had exposed wrong doings of Govt by his journalism so Govt has put him behind bar after putting false charges. Elephant attacks: People will gherao forest office tomorrow in Chhattisgarh
Sajal Kumar from Dharmajaigarh in Raigarh district of Chhattisarh is telling that people of the area are in deep trouble due to regular elephant attacks. They had done a demonstration on 29th August and had give 15 days to Govt but administration has not done anything so far. Hundreds of farmers rally in Chhattisgarh demanding elephant corridor...

He says it is raining very hard here today but the farmers are so angry then they have still assembled in hundreds. He also helps us listen to their slogans. Rally will demand elephant corridor, compensation and no criminal cases...

Elephants broke more houses last night, Forest dept says cant help in night
Sajal Kumar from Dharmajaigarh block in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh is talking to a man whose house was broken last night by elephants. He says they called forest department who never visits at night. He says elephants have broken 20 houses like this and have destroyed crop of millions.
