My name is Budhram Netam. I am calling from Kondagaon district. Now a days there are Gram Sabha meetings taking place in our villages. They are happening under various names like Gram Suraj, Gram Uday but we have been to many such meetings but our problems like water, NREGA payent, health etc did not get solve.
