Sandeep Kumar is visiting Gelhapani village of Pahadi Korwa adivasis under Pathrapara panchayat in Rajpur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh where Kunwar Sai s/o Chaituram tells him that electrification work is going on in their village but electricity dept officers are taking Rs 500 from each family.
