4 hand pumps for 2000 people, fetch water from stream far away, falling ill...
Rajesh Kumar has reached village Akothra, Panchayat Chillor, block Gurua, district Gaya, Bihar and while talking to villagers there he finds that in the village of 2000 people there are only 4 tube wells which is not enough. People fetch water from stream a kilometer away and are falling ill. They have been requesting officers from long but no one listens. Electricity dept sending arbitrary bills without reading, complaints don't work...
Rajendra Kumar Adivasi from Fuljor village in Tyothar tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya pradesh says electric bill is coming without meter reading from January 2015 and amount is arbitrarily high every month. He complained about it on CM helpline no 181 complaint no is 1026176 but no action has been taken there too. Villagers use electricity with caution but are getting high bills.
