1 tablespoon Fennel seed powder at bed time with water is very useful in constipation. In case of gas take 1 spoon Fennel seed powder in lukewarm water. In bloating take 1 spoon Fennel seed powder and 1 pinch rock salt. In fever boil 40 grams Fennel seeds in 2 glass water until ½ glass is left. Give this 2 spoon water to patient every 2 hours.
