Natthulal from Ekta Parishad in Tikamgarh district in MP is telling about an incident on 7th August 2013 when upper caste villagers in Mawai village destroyed houses and crops of 22 adivasi families. These families are living on this Govt land from generations. They went to police who gave them a receipt but did not file FIR. Kalulal Kulmi from Rajpura village Post Kanod district Udaipur Rajasthan is complaining about Khap ( caste) panchayat in his village who has fined people for Rs 1 lakh last month on various charges. He says this illegal act is going on from 25 years under the leadership of many Govt employees. Panchayat fraudulently also gives people receipt of donation to the community.
