Kamal Shukla is calling from Santara village, Naharpur block in Kanker district, Chhattisgarh and describes how villagers have taken a significant decision. A person illegally occupied a land which belonged to village community. Villagers went on appealing from police, to Tahsildar, to SDM and collector but none responded.
