For managing Diabetes make powder of 100 basil, 100 gms mango kernel, neem seeds 100 gms, fenugreek seeds 100 gms, bay leaf 100 gms, bitter gourd seeds 100 gms, gudmaar (Gymnema Sylvestre) 100 gms, wild chicory 100 gms, 100 gms chitrak (white leadwort) and mix well together. Nathulal Rathore is calling from Chorbhatti village in Jaitahari block in Anuppur districtof MP. He says an electric transformer was installed in their village 5 years ago under Rajiv Gandhi Rural electrification scheme. But the transformer was broken from beginning and was never repaired.
