Constipation: Grind Kakda singi (Pistacia chinensis), Indian Atis (Aconitum heterophyllum), Piper longum, Nagarmotha (Cyperus scariosus), Senna leaves, Javakhar, false black pepper in equal quantity & keep this combination in a bottle. Taking this powder in ½ tea spoon quantity twice a day after meal with lukewarm water is useful. Grind Indian Jalap, Carom, false black peeper, dry ginger, black salt, black pepper & Terminalia chebula in 10 gram each in & senna leaves in 40 gms & after cloth filtration taking this ½ table spoon combination after dinner is useful.
