Kripanath Yadav from Amelia, Singrauli MP says a Gram Sabha is to be conducted in their village next week to decide whether they would like mining to come to the area but alleges that police is harassing people. Earlier a Gram Sabha was conducted in 2013 where people had rejected the mining but govt officials had staged a fraud gramsabha. Dilip Kumar Behra is visiting Dhandupally Village in Paikmal Block of Barghar District in Odisha where villagers tell him that their village road was broken 2 weeks back and access to district HQ has been snapped.
