Nathulal Rathore is calling from Semarwar village in Jaitahari panchayat in Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh where he is talking to villagers who tell him that 30-35 of them worked for irrigation department for more than 3 months but it is more than 6 months now and they have not been paid their wages yet. Nathulal Rathore is calling from Chorbhatti village in Jaitahari block in Anuppur districtof MP. He says an electric transformer was installed in their village 5 years ago under Rajiv Gandhi Rural electrification scheme. But the transformer was broken from beginning and was never repaired.
