Rabi Pradhan is visiting Shankarnagar viilage in Pendravan panchayat of Komna block in Nuapada district of Odisha where displaced people from Tikhali (Lower Indravati) dam live. They say 6 years after they are yet to get electricity, PDS ration,water facility and proper transport facility.They appealed to collector and Block Development Officer but no one helped.
