Naresh Bunkar is calling from Telaidabra village of Chhaparwa Panchayat, Lormi block, Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh, saying that in this Baiga Adivasi village, four hand pumps were broken. The villagers recorded a message on CGNet Swara in September and thereafter the PHE department responded and repaired all the hand pumps within two weeks. Mahua(Madhuca longifoila): All parts of this tree are useful. In case of skin disease make decoction of Mahua tree bark & Tilsa tree bark in equal quantity after adding 8 times water & when it remains ¼ of its actual quantity then add Karanj (Beech tree) oil of its half quantity & after all water evaporates keep this oil in any bottle. Applying this oil on disease affected body parts is useful. In headache & vertigo taking 1 spoon Mahua flower juice after adding dried grapes & sugar candy is beneficial

Naresh Bunkar is calling from Ghameri village Lormi block, Mungeli district Chhattisgarh and saying that 250 Baiga Adivasis had not received NREGA wages for road work done in March- April, 2014. The villagers learnt about CGNet through the Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra on 22 August and reported their problem.
