JM Rangeela is calling from Badkibela village of Unjadi Panchayat in Nawadih block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where Santhal adivasi villagers tell him that they have always been drinking water from nullah but a boring and pipeline was installed in February 2014 but it has not supplied any water till now.
