Shivlal Usendi has reached Sirpur Selka village under Uper panchayat in Kuknur tehsil of West Godawari district in Andhra Pradesh where villagers tell him in Gondi that 200 adivasis live here who came from Sukma district of Chhattisgarh 9 years ago but there is no road to their Adivasi village.
