Rajkumar is calling from Kobna village in Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand to say that main road connecting their village from health center is breached for around 100 feet and no officer and relief worker has visited them after repeated requests. There is lots of rains and many roads have been damaged in the region and administration is working on repairing many of them.
