Tulsi Ram Nag from village Narna district Bastar in Chhattisgarh wants officials to ensure timely distribution of fertilizer for the rice crop. He says the farmers did not get subsidized fertilizer last year as well and they are still struggling to pay their due loans. Afzal Khan from Bhopalpatnam in the border of Chhattisgarh adn Andhra Pradesh says this weel forest depatment has captured some trucks of teak and have also arrested some smugglers but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Bhan Sahu is reporting about harassment of a tribal woman activist called Jaya in Bastar who works on the issue of domestic violence and other social issues in tribal villages.
