Impact: 1 of 4 handpumps repaired after Swara report, pls help with rest too...

Mukesh Taram is calling from Jailvara village of Jogisoda panchayat, Bichhiya tehsil, Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh to say that he had reported on Swara regarding 4 broken hand pumps on 27 November. 280 Adivasi families live in the 6 mohallas of the village and had water scarcity. No road, so it's diffcult to take our sick to hospital as no ambulace can come...

Impact: Hand pump broken from a year repaired 3 days after Swara report...

Ramkailash Kol is calling from Babulal Tola in Jaba tehsil of Rewa District in Madhya Pradesh where village hand pump was broken from last more than a year and officials were not listening to their repeated requests. Then they recorded a message on CGnet Swara on 17th November 2014 and after that mechanic repaired the hand pump within 3 days.
