Chandmani Shandil is calling from Eragada village of Banki Panchayat, Gurundiya block, Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to Krishna Kaka who says in Sadri language that their hand pump was throwing oiled dirty water from 2 months and no one was listening to their complaints.
