Hemant Kumar Das calling from Palamu in Jharkhand is talking about prohibition policy of Bihar Govt. He says it is a political gimmick. The same Govt first got liquor shops opened all over and have now banned it once criticized by opposition parties. He says the need is to run a long term sustained awareness campaign together by political and social movements.It will take at least 10 years of campaigning and if prohibition comes after that then it will be real and long-lasting which we must try. Villagers use their mobile phones to record these songs and reports. They call 08050068000 to record. Now this program can be downloaded by people from their Gram Panchayat office if it has Broadband or from a download centre nearby. They can also get it from someone with smartphone and internet and then via bluetooth.
