Ramanuj Tiwari from Umaria in Madhya Pradesh says people who own 200 acres of land and have two tractors also have Below Poverty Level cards but some poor do not have. When they go to sarpanch he says officer is asking for Rs 1000 and patwari is demanding Rs 500. If these people had this much money then they will not be in this state. The same fertilizer in open market is very expensive. Govt should act fast to help farmers, he says.
