Rajesh Kumar is calling from Dandai post Kurkheta under Jola Diha Panchayat in Hunterganj block of Chatra district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him about irregularity in PDS. They say they get rice in public distribution system once in 3-4 months but dealer fills entry in ration cards for all months. Instead of 35 kg he gives only 30 kg rice.
