Traditional health tips: Piles

Piles: Take Nagkesar(Black)50 grams and 100 grams Harad (myrobalan) Powder and make a good mix after filter mix 1 gram silver powder. regularly take 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water in morning and evening after meal. In pain take mix 1 tablespoon Alum powder in lukewarm water and mix it well. Road sanctioned for our village but no work yet, difficult to take sick to hospital...

Road to village is broken from long, difficult to walk, No one listens, pls help...
