Vaidya Gajendra Gupta from Maharajpur,Mandla, Madhya Pradesh is suggesting treatment for cough and cold: Take some leaves of Malabar nut tree or Adoosa(Justicia adhatoda) and dry it in the shade, make a fine powder and take it regularly in morning and evening (3 to 6 grams) with honey.
