Ramkailash Kol says after Swara listeners called officers now 75% of villagers have got cards and village secretary says remaining will be issued their ration cards soon. Dasharath Rajat is calling from Chortanga village in Palera tehsil of Tikamgarh district in MP and says that there were two hand pumps broken from one and half months in his village and he had complained to govt help line. He had also requested local officials many times but no one responded. Then he recorded a message in cgnet. After recording the message hand pumps got repaired in two days . Ramasammat Prajapati is calling from Darraha village of Jaba Panchayat, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh to say that he had reported on Swara on 28 August about broken hand pump in their village and after calls from Swara listeners Public Health and Engineering dept officers visited the vilage and repaired the hand pump in 2 days.
