Chandmani Shandil is calling from Ergeda village in Navatola Basti under Banki panchayat in Gurundiya block of Sundargarh district in Odisha and talking to Sohan Shandil who says he recorded a message on CGNet Swara in Dec 2014 that elephants had broken his house in July and officials were not paying attention but after recording the message now he has got Rs 75000 as compensation.
